Dr. Tom Iwashita is a Southern California native. he attended swain elementary, Lexington JHS, and Cypress HS. he started playing baseball and basketball in the SEYO leagues at the age of 5, and continued playing youth sports in little league, pony, junior high school, and into high school. while in junior high school, after waking up with a stiff neck, his father took him to get his first chiropractic adjustment. while in high school, after suffering several injuries, he became very interested in athletic training. now, twenty years later, Dr. Tom puts these two facets of his life together for the benefit of athletes, both young and not as young.
Still seen on the basketball (OCSA/LA Fitness) and volleyball (Westside/USLVA) courts, Dr. Tom remains athletically active.
His patients range from 6 year-old soccer players through the professional ranks of basketball, volleyball, and football. he's worked with numerous charitable organizations and volunteered for the Avon 3-day breast cancer walk and now the Susan G. Komen 3-day walk as a crew chiropractor.
While many of Dr. Tom's patients feel he has made the difference in their abilities and lives, he knows the key to a patient’s success is rooted in their mind-brain-body interaction.

Terri Del Conte, also a Southern California native, played volleyball for Missouri State University on a full ride scholarship. She achieved several honors throughout her collegiate career, including being voted captain her Senior year.
Her passion for health originated from her own struggle with health problems that started in her later college years. She was directed to see a doctor where they treated all her symptoms, but not the root cause. Several doctors later, and after trying different prescriptions, she continued to digress. All she could think about was getting herself better, and she did just that.
With her personal success, many people started coming to her for advice on their nutrition and workouts. It was from then on that she dedicated her life to helping as many people as possible. She takes pride in educating her clients in nutrition and designing workouts that not only achieve their goals, but also making their bodies more functional.
Terri still plays volleyball at the competitive level on her spare time. She primarily trains young athletes, pro athletes and moms with the inner athlete mentality.
Education:
BS in Media Studies Minor in Business Marketing (Cum Laude)
AA in Business Administration
NASM, NESTA, ACE and CPR certified
